Abstract
The research paper aims to investigate the effect of Total Quality Management practices on innovation at industrial companies in Saudi Arabia. Using a questionnaire developed based on previous studies, 230 complete and valid responses collected from managers in SABIC Corporation. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used as a statistical method for analyzing collected data. The paper results indicated that Total Quality Management practices have an effect on innovation. Based on the this results the researcher recommends to hold training programs for the staff in areas that improve quality levels by making training programs targeted and in place, and strengthen the technological capabilities of the employees, and train them to use them, which provides the workers with an abundance of information that provides them with a knowledge base that helps them to recognize the problem before it occurs, and provides them with sufficient information to solve the problems.
