Abstract
The paper is quantitative in nature, and intending to assess the impact of ethical and participative leadership towards employee's turnover intention at project based organizations in Kabul, Afghanistan. Independent variables (ethical and participative leadership), dependent variable (employee's turnover intention). To assess properly research distributed adopted questionnaire on a total of 380 employees which were engaged as a respondent for the study. Quota and convenient sampling technique were utilized to collect the data. They were selected based on having temporary job status for various temporary projects based organization in Kabul, Afghanistan. The overall findings of the study revels positive relationship between all the variables (IV) ethical and participative leadership, and (DV) employee's turnover intention. The paper further explains significant contribution. In particular, to those employees who works and engaging temporary projects. Finally, for test the data, and accurate data interpretation, we utilized SPSS 24 version.
