Abstract

There is highly uncertain condition between the employees of different organization in the current situation and they have different issues regarding their job environment such as Covid-19 related health risk that if they are working in physical environment. People who are suspected to be unemployed in future they have job insecurity and dissatisfaction. In spite of all these issues people also found suitable circumstances in their jobs like flexible working hours, work from home and chances of learning latest scientific technology. With the help of this study we determined the impact of COVID19 related working environment on job satisfaction. In order to get high employee commitment, efficiency and effectiveness, low turnover and increased productivity it is necessary to focus on employee Job satisfaction. The research is quantitative in nature. Data was gathered from 2011 employees of FMCG sector in Karachi city through selfadministered questionnaire. Non probability convenient sampling method is used for data collection.
