Abstract
Through the narrative of the educator it is clear that the UAE is leading academic transformation in the Middle East with the help of digital revolution. It is preparing the teachers and equipping the future generations with the skills needed to be successful for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This topic may interest professionals and researchers working in the fields of education, e-learning, information technology and also teachers who are dubitative about implementing this approach into their teaching practice. The change is the only constant and up-skilling and retraining people are imperative. If the above measures are carried out systematically, all developments in the Fourth Industrial Revolution will positively impact the growth of teachers, educational institutions and achieving worldwide education goals in the future
