Abstract
The paper proposes a methodology based on the application of modern computer technologies, that can be used to address innovative proposals for further researches on the development and creation of a series of modern environmentally friendly composite materials based on cellulosic materials, namely: paper and paperboard. The methodology proposed in this article includes such steps as planning of an experiment based on predefined factors, which enables the experimenter to obtain the maximum possible amount of information at a small number of experimental points optimally located in the factor space. And also the creation of mathematical models based on the results of experimental studies, which by their structure adequately describe by their nature complex processes and are suitable for the purpose of modeling and finding the optimal functioning conditions of the objects under study.
