HARMONIZATION OF LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND EU

The article analyzes the importance and complexity of the task of harmonizing Ukrainian legislation with EU law. Harmonization of the Ukrainian legislation is one of the main factors that accelerates the integration of Ukraine into the European Union, but it must also take into account the nature of the relations of the parties, which determine the specific ways and principles of its implementation. This process plays an incredibly important role in the process of legal integration and the formation of pan-European approaches to the standards and principles of law and law. It is determined that the harmonization of legislation is defined as bringing the legislation of Member States and non-Member States in line with the requirements of the European Union on the basis of legal acts of the organization. This process can take the form of legislative adaptation, implementation of regulations, standardization of norms, etc.
