PROCEDURE FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES THROUGH THE PRISM OF ANALYSIS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE DOCTOR AND PATIENT

The article examines the administrative and legal status of a doctor and patient on the basis of existing domestic legislation. Based on scientific approaches and legal provisions, constituent elements of the status: rights, obligations, legal liability, prohibitions and restrictions are analyzed. It was found that the rights and obligations are divided into basic, special and additional, relevant examples are given. Comments on the minuses of legal regulation of the status of a doctor, lack of consistency were made. There are were proposed ways to solve existing problems. It is argued that the introduction of a clear regulatory settlement can eliminate practical difficulties in the provision of medical services and make it more effective.
