Abstract
The objective of this paper is intelligent remote monitoring technology used in the embedded system of data acquisition for monitoring the output parameters. The new data-acquisition system integrates signal conditioning and processing function into a single board based embedded system by wireless technology using Wi-Fi. The existing DAQ data-acquisition systems consist of many devices, which are connected through various cables, hence data collection and data communication become complex. The demerit of the existing system is that data acquiring duration is limited as well as cost and data loss is high. The proposed DAQ system has less cabling, low power consumption, strong scalability, program maintenance, safety handling, fast communication, portability and upgradability especially for real time industrial applications and this method is an efficient way of transmitting the data through Wi-Fi method is comparatively better than other wireless transmissions. This paper describes the new data-acquisition device in brief
