Abstract
In this study, we report results of a study examining the relationship between social entrepreneur Capabilities towards intent to innovate were the samples are collected from the under graduate students who are ready for placement in professional institution. The study utilised data collected from students who are member in entrepreneurship cells in each professional college. The data was used for Multiple linear regression analysis along with hypothesis testing, finally we interpret that Motivation has the highest impact on the intent to innovate.
