Abstract
The article describes the state of conditions that exist today in the market of hotel services, which are characterized by a lower demand for accommodation services and low utilization of hotel facilities. Through brainstorming of experts, the existing institutions of the hotel industry, similar parameters are defined, the hotel equivalent of «N», for example, which were calculated for the study. The analysis of economic activities of the hotel complex «N». Identified problems of the enterprise from the point of view of modern requirements, improved approaches to the management of modern complex for the development of additional services and the translation of basic services in additional, due to the creation of the marketing Department to develop activities with the accommodation of their participants. Activities have been developed on the basis of a survey of experts to determine the most relevant in the present. For their implementation in time, all events are divided into start-up facilities, with reference to financial years. Identified problems and developed measures require improvement of the existing model of management of hotel companies. Model management company in the structure has several stages, each of which requires a certain algorithm of actions. This model helps the management of the hotels to explore and make decisions about problems that arise, to focus on current activities. During the study, the proposed conceptual model, which provides the common set of services to change the priorities in the «basic service — supplementary services» on system «services — the main service». Formed «field of solutions», where all the events are divided into start-up facilities, given the years that allows us to specify directions of development of the hotel enterprise for the future with their adjustment. To determine the effectiveness of their implementation used a graph of «Costs-results». Management of multifunctional complex based on the definition of queues and the adjustment for each year based on the need for their implementation.
