THE INFLUENCE OF MODERN DIGITAL TRENDS ON THE FORMATION OF COMMUNICATIVE STRATEGIES OF MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES

The article deals with the analyses of complex approaches to the organization of communicative processes in management structures in the context of state information policy implementing. The author identifies the key characteristics of modern trends in the sphere of digital communications as well as effective methods of their implementation in the processes of social-power interactions. Based on the obtained data, the most widely used modern digital technologies in the administrative sphere are systematized, which are used as tools for building multi-level communication relations both within the governmental institutions at the same time with the structures of civil society.
