Abstract
Classification of protein sequences by machine learning methods requires a lot of time and computing power. The key to successful data classification for machine learning is choose the best algorithm. Neural networks are able to study large amounts of data in a short period of time without requiring significant processing of input information. Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) are usually used in Computer Vision, but recently they allow you to get good results for various tasks on Nature Language Processing (NLP).
