SPEECH CULTURE OF STUDENTS IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

Abstract
The article considers some issues related to the formation of speech culture of secondary school students; attention is paid to the general culture of the teacher, which is a model for all; the concepts of «speech culture», «phraseological fund of language», «zoophraseologisms», «communication skills» are covered. The author considers the phraseological structure of the language as one that should interest students, evoke positive emotions, great interest in learning. After all, the content and form of zoophraseologisms are heterogeneous and aesthetically attractive, they can contain verbal and nonverbal means of communication of clear, consistent, logical, expressive speech. A number of practical tips on the use of basic patterns, methods and techniques of teaching in the school course «Phraseology of the Ukrainian language». At the same time, emphasis is placed on the role of the teacher, who must not only correct and accumulate, but also be able to persuade students to develop their own style of communication. Phraseologisms are one of the best in this matter, because they help to avoid repetitions and unwanted language stamps, reflect the usual norms of communication that somehow occur in everyday life. The experience of teachers, activity-strategic approach, modern interactive technologies and well-thought-out system of situational exercises are taken into account, Denyshchych T. A., Leshchenko G. P., Pidgurska V. Y., Symonenkova T. P., Skrypnyk N. I. We are talking mostly about analytical (recognition) exercises, exercises to observe the use of FD and transformation, tasks of a constructive nature. Thus, the proposed group of exercises should develop not only a stable interest of adolescents in the study of the richness of phraseology, but also language in general; to improve the culture of communication between teacher and student, to continue work in terms of experimental language learning; to revive work at a lesson, to promote development of logical and creative thinking of schoolboys.
