Abstract
The professional training and professional's practical activities are closely related and interdependent. The effectiveness of the work depends on the level of professional training of such a person. In turn, professional training should ensure the formation of the necessary competencies of future lawyers. Otherwise, the goal — the training of highly qualified specialists — will not be achieved. The means to achieve this are interactive technologies that need to be applied in the learning process. The article offers an analysis of such tools as: business game, analysis of work situations, modeling, algorithmization and design of production tasks. It is stated that in the sphere of legal education, it is important for the future lawyer to acquire a complex of specific professional skills, knowledge, abilities, initial experience, that is, to be competent in performing legal activity. High quality of instrumental competences allows the lawyer to solve various case situations, produces a positive experience. Instrumental competencies of future lawyers can be represented in the form of a set of knowledge, skills, abilities, necessary and sufficient to resolve legal issues in the light of the law (current and invalid), formed court practice, and application of legal rules in the process of professional legal activity. The content of the future lawyer's instrumental competencies is expressed in the complex of legally significant actions in the process of professional activity, produced by knowledge, skills and skills. Educational business games are an effective means of forming the instrumental competencies of future lawyers in the higher professional education system, in case that their content is determined in accordance with the cultural and professional competences.
