Abstract
Today, electronic textbooks (electronic manuals) special position in the system of education facilities does not cause doubts, although a close examination of all properties of electronic manuals gives an opportunity to assert that swingeing majority of requirements that is pulled out to modern educational literature on a paper carrier, spread to them.In the context of transformation of education tasks – the aim of «study» gave the way to «teach to study» – a textbook is no longer an educational book for fixing of information verbalized by a teacher. Grows him educational, educator and developing role that before on itself took a paper textbook (manual).In Ukraine only in 2012 Ministery of education and science, youth and sport of Ukraine gives out Order No 1060 On Approval of Provision on electronic educational resources, and the concept electronic textbook is interpreted as electronic educational edition with the systematized exposition of discipline (its division, part) that answers an on-line tutorial.Electronic textbooks became an object of scholars' attention, and in their researches they examined methodological problems of creation and usage of electronic information in an educational process, provided guidance on development of various types of electronic educational editions. S. Fiialka, analysing the problem of creation and use of electronic textbooks (electronic manuals), specifies on that one of serious problems there is co-operation between the author of semantic part, editor and programmer. The difficulty is that an author and editor often do not have an integral idea about possibilities of computer technologies, and a programmer usually is not a specialist on subject industry of the created educational edition. Moreover, editors often in general does not bring over to preparation.On the whole, application of informative facilities of studies gives good economic feasibilities for realization of various didactics ideas and principles of organization of educational process, fills activity of teacher fundamentally by new maintenance.
