Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of improving the processes of reverse flow management in wholesale trade, by identifying segments of the reverse logistics market and its participants, as well as analyzing the development of their relations, development of logistics network used in implementing a strategy to minimize logistics costs. The main intermediaries to which companies delegate the organization of reverse logistics are studied. The Schrady model is described and applied in practice, in which the inventory management system for two inventories and two sources of replenishment is considered.
