This leads to a partial change in the list of existing professions and requires new management strategies. There is a need to formulate a global labor force strategy that will be able to address the challenges of a new era of acceleration, change and innovation. The main tendencies of the management system of international companies' transformation are determined, and it's related to different divisions and levels of company management. But in general, it reflects global tendencies of the personnel management system transformation of global companies, the main driver of which is the society and production informatization. The main trend of transformation processes in the personnel management system is the development of the so-called «company of the future», which involves changing the traditional management model into new ones — a network, which requires a new type of leaders, managers and professionals with a new vision of production and corporate processes. To this end, global companies need to build and maintain a corporate brand of employment in order to successfully compete for skilled talent by implementing the activities under the new personnel management system.
