Abstract
The main directions of the methodical activity organization of the higher-education teaching personnel at choreographic faculties are examined by the author in the present article. Existing shortcomings reduce productivity of educational process. The purpose of methodical work is continuous qualification improvement of the higher-education teaching personnel both in the directions of special training courses and the general psychology and pedagogical knowledge, management.
