THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONCOMITANT USE OF LOSARTAN, ROSUVASTATIN AND MELDONIUM FOR PATIENTS WITH THE ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Abstract
The effect of various options of the combined antihypertensive therapy with use of Angiotensin II Receptor Blocker of Losartan, siteprotective agents of Meldonium and its combinations with statins on the characteristics of arterial tension, central tension in aorta, qualities of life and the fats of blood of patients with the arterial hypertension is studied. 75 patients divided into 5 groups comparable on a sex, age and other parameters are examined. The presented researches results lead to the conclusion that Meldonium has clinically significant hypotensive effect and improves quality of life of patients with the arterial hypertension. Use of the Rosuvastatin as a part of the combined therapy by Losartan and Meldonium of patients with the arterial hypertension appeared more effective, than use of Atorvastatin.
