Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of development programs in the instrument-making organization, consider the notion of program management and project management, comparative analysis of these characteristics. Defined set of standards for managing development programs, as well as the impact of project management techniques to organize the company. Briefly discusses a number of organizational structures that can be applied now using the system management software.
