Abstract
In the criminal proceedings of the Russian Federation, evidence is evaluated from the point of view of its relevance, admissibility, reliability, and in its entirety — sufficiency. All these elements of evidence are necessary for a comprehensive, complete and objective consideration of the criminal case. The absence of this or that element makes it impossible to use the existing fact as evidence in a particular criminal case.
