Abstract
Continuous professional development of specialists in the knowledge society is a kind of challenge to its information parameters, a response to instability in the field of employment and professions. The introduction of new equipment and digital technologies in production requires professional educators to rethink their professional activities, possess a wide range of skills and competencies to successfully perform their professional functions, and ensure comprehensive and sustainable development of education and science in Ukraine. Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuous Professional Education, SIHE «University of Educational Management» National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine developed, experimentally tested and implemented School of Pedagogical Coaching in the system of training teachers of vocational education. The school of pedagogical coaching is an innovative competency-oriented conceptual model of professional development in the context of the development of psychological and pedagogical, educational, digital, conflict, coaching, etc. competencies of specialists. In terms of decentralization of education in Ukraine, the main function of the School of Pedagogical Coaching is to provide targeted assistance to both individual teachers and teaching staff, promoting best educational practices to solve existing professional problems, stimulating and supporting creative potential of modern professionals, forming guidelines for it. continuous self-development and self-realization. The purpose, functions, principles of functioning, forms of organization of work in the School of pedagogical coaching are determined. Acmetechnological educational-methodical support of professional development of teachers for lifelong learning according to the innovative competence-oriented model of advanced training has been developed and experimentally tested. The research was performed within the research «Improvement of modern models of professional development of teachers of vocational education in terms of sustainable development» (0121U108611, 2021).Results of the research can be used in the process of modernizing the system of continuing vocational education, the organization of adult lifelong learning
