Abstract
The advancement in economics, politics and technology have made the world a global village and the international distance has reduced. The business of the world come closer to the international market by globalising their products and services in the international market which also impacts the performance of the business. In this research, the impact of globalisation on business performance is analysed by using the UAE food sector. The primary and secondary sources of information are used and the data is analysed using the quantitative research designs. The descriptive and frequency analysis is used for analysing the data collected through the primary research using the sample size of 220. Correlation and regression analysis is also used in this research for finding the relationship and the intensity of the relationship between globalisation and business performance.
