Balancing work and life is most important task to each and every human being. Especially those who are working in service industry they need to be focus on more to balance their work and life. Specifically those who are working as a doctors need to focus more on work life balance because they need to be balance their family and as well as serving to the patients with optimum results. Keeping in view of this researcher has come up with a objective to examine the work and family demands on work life balance of doctors in corporate hospitals & to predict job satisfaction levels based on work life balance of doctors in corporate hospitals. Researcher collected data from 515 corporate hospital doctors and applied factor analysis to reduce the dimension reduction, Correlation & Regression tools used to measure the relationship between work life balance and work life satisfaction & impact of family and of ice stress / demands on work life balance
