INFLUENCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERTISE OF HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONERS ON THE JOB PERFORMANCE: MEDIATING ROLE OF ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION

Abstract
This research explored the relationship among human resource practitioner administrative expert role cognition, achievement motivation and job performance. Furthermore, to provide more robust insights into this mediating effect, achievement motivation was examined as a mediator. Data collected from the employees of financial institutions operating in Pakistan. Eight hundred and fifty questionnaires were sent out, 227 of which were returned (26.71%), 203 that were valid (23.88%). The findings indicated that human resource administrative expert role is positively related to the job performance and, further, achievement motivation exists mediating effect and affection is completely mediating effect between human resource administrative expert and the job performance.
