Abstract
Behavioural biases play a major role in investment decisions of investors. This paper aims at the studying the demographic factors i.e., age, gender and education on investor's investment experience. This study focus on the overconfidence and herding behavioural biases with respect to demographic factors while taking investment decisions. Data is collected from sample of 100 IT employees of Pune city and analysed for this study.
