Abstract
The article shows the impact of human resource development on the modern organizationcompetitivenessensuring. The selection of indicators for a comprehensive assessment of the enterprise human resources development level in all main directions is made. The values of the selected indicators are calculated on the example of an industrial enterprise. The rationing of human resource development indicators was carried out with the aim of bringing them to a single dimensionless form.A dynamic model for the human resources development level assessing in the form of a radar chart is developed. The values of the human resources development integral indicator for the considered period of time are calculated. Based on the analysis, conclusions about changes in the human resources development level and the enterprise competitiveness are drawn.
