FEATURES OF SOCIAL PROTECTION IN THE DIGITAL LABOR MARKET

The article describes the problem of increasing the level of social protection in the digital labor market. Under the influence of globalization, scientific and technological progress, the active work of world organizations, the development of the digital labor market is observed. However, this development is one-sided, in the interests of employers and the state. Labor in the digital labor market does not have social protection equivalent to social protection in the traditional labor market. The features of the social protection of digital labor are analyzed. Based on the results obtained, recommendations were developed to improve the effectiveness of social protection of the workforce in the digital labor market.
