Abstract
The article investigates the issue of interaction between regional authorities and private structures for the implementation of programs for the socio-economic development of unrecognized state formations. The state and experience of using the mechanism of public-private partnership (PPP) in Abkhazia, Donetsk People's Republic, Luhansk People's Republic DPR, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia are considered. The principles of PPP development in the conditions of unrecognized states are highlighted. The expediency of using the concession as a PPP model, the highest priority for the conditions of unrecognized state formations, has been substantiated.
