Abstract
The article substantiates a methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of the industrial development state program as a mechanism for implementing industrial policy. In terms of economic reindustrialization, it has been suggested to develop a reindustrialization subprogram as a priority one that significantly affects the achievement of the goal. The basis of the suggested methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of the program is, as follows: the composition of the target indicators of the program and the subprogram of economic reindustrialization, i.e. the dynamic indicators peculiar to the conditions of the Donetsk People's Republic; a dual approach to assessing the effectiveness, that takes into account both the efficiency and the effectiveness of implementing the program and subprogram; assessment of the dynamics of the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the program and subprogram
