The author of the article proposes the idea of creating a doctrine of education, developed in accordance with the requirements of the presidential program and the new Constitution of the Russian Federation. It is nec- essary to use the data of modern human sciences, especially neuroscience, to improve the theory and technology of education and training of the younger generation.
