PREVALENCE OF DISEASES OF THE GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT AMONG SCHOOLCHILDREN

The protection of children's health occupies an important place in the state policy implemented in our country during the modernization of health care, and includes measures to ensure the harmonious, spiritual de- velopment of children, to strengthen their physical and mental health. As of 2019, more than 50 % of the coun- try's child population is school-age children. An alarming factor is not only the first place occupied by these dis- eases in the structure of general morbidity, but also the gradual "rejuvenation" of this category of diseases.
