Abstract
This article presents the results of a 2-year experience in the treatment of children with short bowel syndrome (SCS). The correct management tactics with CCC is a multidisciplinary approach, starting from the early postoperative period, timely diagnosis of intestinal insufficiency and adequate replenishment of nutrient deficiencies, including the appointment of PN, improves the quality of life of patients in this category. And a timely transfer to DPP helps to reduce the cost of treating patients with CCC in a hospital setting and reduces complications.
