IMPROVEMENT OF THE METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF CADASTRAL VALUE OF AGRICULTURAL LANDS IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Transition to market economy and the land reform have brought the formation of the land and real estate market. Land as the non-renewable and limited resource is always valuable. Land market is a combination of various land-related transactions. All transactions are possible only in case of presence of the price for the land. Hence the actuality of the land assessment understood (from economic point of view) as the result of systematic collection and analysis of data necessary for precise determination of the cost of lands used for various purposes in accordance with the active legislation.
