Abstract
In this paper the author presents measurements of the stream density and volume activity of the radon radiation in the soil in the territory of the city of Kazan and its outskirts. The author presents the analysis of measurement results, assessment of radon hazard on the territory as well as patterns of the radon concentration changes in the region under study.
