Abstract
The article is dedicated to the role of the intellectual capital in formation of innovative economical system. The authors of the article has specified and extended meaning, functions and structure of the intellectual capital, researched and improved theoretic-methodological approaches to its estimation, devised and proved scientifically the model of national innovative economical system with a glance of intellectual capitals significance.
