Abstract
Lipoma is the mesenchymal benign tumour which is uncommon in oral cavity, whereas Fibrolipoma is a microscopic variant of lipoma which is rarely seen in palate. Here is a case report of fibrolipoma of palate which was followed up for 9 months, where surgery is treatment of choice with low recurrence.
