Pandemics are rare and even years to centuries pass before we experience them in our lives. The black death (1347), The great plague of London (1665), and Spanish flue (1918) were major pandemics observed by human lives. Similarly, 2020 would be remembered by generations as potential hazard that changed the life of whole world. Covid-19 started in Wuhan china and was reported by WHO on December 31 and declared as public health emergency of international concern on 30 Jan 2020. It was termed as SARS-COV2. Telemedicine started way back in 19701. Despite widespread use of telemedicine its use has been limited to neurology and neurosurgery because of its own limitations like medicolegal issues, licensing, malpractice, and technology issues. Covid-19 outbreak led to serious health concerns all over the world with almost affecting every country2. This virus was found to be so contagious that it lead to social distancing.
