Abstract
Reactions in the employee to factors in the workplace, there are productive and counterproductive behaviors. The first ones flourish the employee and make the company perform well. The second, raised as part of this study by remuneration, present danger to the employee himself, his professional interactions and the organization. Given the harmful nature of these behaviors, this article suggests strategies for their modification.
