Abstract
The relations of positive psychological phenomena and axiological sphere of the identity of oncology patients locates in the article. In particular, such positive phenomena as authenticity, credibility to themselves, optimism, resilience, responsibility are examined. Combinations in gradations of these phenomena and experience of a number of valuable constructs are found: values of creativity, value of self-development, existential personal sense and personal sense of self-development. The role of the identified regularities in psychological regulation of the oncology patient is discussed.
