Abstract
The goal of this study was to find out the comparison between two incisions that is standard incision and comma incision and its influence on post-operative complications in surgical removal of impacted third molar. This comparative study consisted of forty patients which were divided in two groups of twenty each. The study group included 40 patients aged between 20-35 years with fully impacted mandibular third molars.
