Abstract
This paper investigates the effect of various drilling parameters such as spindle speed, feed rate and drill bit diameter on surface roughness, material removal rate and thrust force. Taguchi method is used to find out the optimal process parameters and the most significant parameters. Here aluminium alloy 6351 material is used as work piece.
