Abstract
From Two Basics education to the three-dimensional teaching objectives, and to the teaching objectives under the background of key competence, the paper summarized the advances in biology teaching objectives in China since 1949. At the same time, the matters need attention of objective instruction design and goal attainments during the teaching process were also discussed in the paper, which can provide reference and guidance for teachers in lesson preparation and instructional designs.
