Abstract
Values and attitudes are part of affective goals which include the desire to respond, beliefs to respond, acceptance of values, choices for a value, commitment, and conceptualization for a value. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of Physics learning models that can facilitate the cognitive-affective and TEL integrated skills of vocational students. This research uses the method of observation and literature study. The results showed that the application of physics learning models based on STEM and Multiple Intelligences can facilitate the cognitive-affective and TEL integrated vocational students' TEL skills in the theme of electrical energy conservation
