Abstract
Pathological lesions of the paranasal sinuses include a wide spectrum of conditions ranging from inflammation to neoplasms both benign and malignant. Since clinical assessment is hampered by the surrounding bony structure, diagnostic radiology is of paramount importance. CT demonstrates the anatomical details and true local extent of the disease, which is essential in choosing the appropriate treatment modality
