Abstract
The research aims to identify internal marketing strategies for human resource represented by (organizational and administrative support, retention of employees, quality of incentives, training and development) and its role in inquiring service organization honesty throughout explore a sample of employees in general company of Iraqi Airways which they were (45) employee depending on exploring as main tool collecting data and in formations and analysis their responds by using many statistic ways including (arithmetic mean, standard deviation correlation coefficient) depending on Basedon ( SPSS) program. Research find that is correlation, relationship and effect between achievement principles of internal marketing and organization credibility.
