Abstract
We present a rare case of santorinicele, diagnosed by ultrasonography (USG) and confirmed on multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) scan of abdomen. We present the clinical details and imaging findings, followed by discussion of the etiology, pathogenesis, and imaging of this condition.
