Analysis of the efficiency of сorrection and development program of the motivational-valued sphere of students of engineer-pedagogical specialties’

Abstract

There are results of students’ of the analysis of the efficiency of сorrection and development program by activating the motivational-valued students’ sphere by activization of motivational structure of the personality in the course of training. The subject matter is ? the impact of сorrection and development program on the formation motivational-valued students’ sphere. The aim of this article is to analyze and statistically to prove the efficiency of сorrection and development program of the motivational-valued sphere of students of engineer-pedagogical specialties’. The comparative study of the parameters of the control and experimental groups showed that students’ of the experimental group after conducting remedial and developmental programs learned skills and knowledge, which constitute the motivational, axiological, individually-typological component. Statistically proved the efficiency of сorrection and development program. Efficiency of this program is found: efficiency of сorrection and development program of the motivational and valuable sphere of students of engineer-pedagogical specialties’ directed on formation is statistically proved. At students’ of experimental group the motivation of achievement of success, educational motives, valuable orientations directed on self-improvement and development, a professional orientation, valuable orientations in career and self-control is created. The received results can be applied in work of psychologists for the purpose of increase of educational motivation and formation of the motivational-valued sphere of students’.
