It is established that after permission of treatment of infectious forms of syphilis with the help of benzathine benzylpenicillin the number of patients with neurosyphilis and with the lack of negative reaction of microprecip-itation in the provided terms increased. The pharmacokinetic researches showed low minimum dominating concentra-tion of penicillin (in serum of blood and amniotic liquid) in relation to pale treponema in the process of treatment with the help of benzathine benzylpenicillin. The research of cerebrospinal fluid in patients with lack of negative reaction of serological reactions before purpose of additional treatment, and also with dumb forms of syphilis allows to establish neurosyphilis more than third of patients.
