Anesthesia Management in a Case of Ectopic Pregnancy with Severe Anemia

Abstract
Management of a patient with anemia is an important anethetic challenge. We have reported a case of a 20 year old female who presented with a ruptured extra uterine preganancy. Patient was having a severe anemia and not received any blood transfusion. The post operative period was uneventfull and patient was discharged 8 days after surgery. Here we are discussing a management and outcome of this case which was performed under general anesthesia with massive blood transfusion. The duration of surgery was 1 hour and hemostasis was achieved in this period as well.
